Akullo attributes the high crime rate in those four districts to the increased population and economic activities and the mixed nationalities of the people.
She meanwhile says in general cases of Homicides and child related crimes registered an increase while economic crimes and sex related crimes and breakings slightly dropped.
Akullo says majority of the death was caused by mob action; fire and shooting while in the economic related crime more than 900 cases were forgeries.
