The workers are demanding for a salary increment and better working conditions.

The bank management has now posted a notice at the entrance asking customers to use other branches because the workers are on strike.
we spoke to some of the workers who says that they signed aggreements okaying the increment in 2011 but nothing has been done to effect details of the agreement.
