UMEME is not up for sale.

The Manager corporate and regulatory affairs Sam Zimbe says the fact that the majority shareholder is selling their shares does not mean that the company is for sale.

He says the company has plans to invest over 400 US Dollars to improve on service delivery.

This follows media reports that the company is up for sale
