There are still unexplained gaps in the just concluded census exercise that need to be addressed.
This is an observation made by the Uganda Debt Network.
According to the Director Programs Julius Kapwepwe, the fact that there are some people who were not enumerated affects national planning.
He suggests that a one week extension of the exercise be officially granted for proper planning.
The Uganda Bureau of Statistics said that 200 households were not counted due to various challenges, noting though, that the figure is too small to affect the planning process.
