Four people have been arrested and teargas fired in Fortportal after a demonstration by Tooro Kingdom loyalists.
The loyalists, who are mainly youths, started their demonstration at around 9 O’clock this morning.
They are protesting recent remarks by president Museveni, branding their King a young boy.
