The Police in Arua district are investigating the murder of a toddler whose head has been found on a veranda of a resident in Arua municipality.
West Nile police spokesperson Josephine Angucia tells, KFM that head was found near the house of one MillyDraru in Kepiri village, Oli division.
She says the head was cut using a brunt object adding that preliminary investigations link the murder to human sacrifice.
No arrests have been made so far.
