Three men said to have been terrorizing city dwellers have been sentenced to 30 years in prison.
John Nsubuga the alleged ring leader has been handed 30years, Francis Mugisha 28years and one Raymond Musiime 25years.
The trio that had been on remand for over three years hasbeen convicted and sentenced byHigh Court Judge Elizabeth Alividza after being proving beyond reasonable doubt that prosecution’s evidence against the suspects was adequate.
Prosecution says the convicts on April 23rd 2012 at Arua Park in Kampala with the help of a gunrobbed 120million shillings from one Martin Ojjar and killed Margaret Biraru who was selling sweets at the park.
In the same year at Arua Park they also robbed 347million shillings from one Emmanuel Evuma and that all the victims were besiness people from Arua.
