The Director of Public Prosecutions Richard Buteera has withdrawn some of the charges against four terror suspects.
Dr. Isamail Kalule one of the 11th July bomb suspects together with three others have been charged with two counts of belonging to, and contributing resources to a terrorist organization.
The four including Dr. Ismail Kalule a resident of Wakiso ,Twaha Samiru Koire an ADF combatant and Abdu Majid, both residents of Mawero Busia district and Haruna Kamanda a resident of Iganga have appeared before Buganda road court magistrate Francis Dawa Matenga who set the three of them free.
Dr. Ismail Kalule was however sent back to Luzira prison because he is among the 19 suspects who were committed to high court for trial over 76 murders, 10 attempted murder and three treason cases.
They are alleged to have committed the offences between 2005 and 2010 in the districts of Busia, Mubende, Kampala, Iganga and other parts of Uganda.
