A group of Nkumba University students recently suspended has threatened court action.
The university recently suspended 8 students following a three day strike last month which prompted closure of the university.
Speaking to Kfm some of the suspended students led by Henry Byansi accused the University of denying them a fair hearing. They now want the university to rescind its decision.
However the Dean of Students Christopher Kasasa says they should be patient as investigations go on, noting that at the right time, they will be given opportunity to be heard. The University is set to reopen in January 2015.
