Three more suspected terrorists have been picked up from Rubaga cathedral, bringing to four the number of those arrested this afternoon.
They have been picked up from the congregation during prayers to commemorate Palm Sunday.
The Officer in Charge of Rubaga police post Geoffrey Iga has confirmed the arrest.

This comes just days after the US Mission in Uganda issued a terror alert, warning its citizens of an imminent terror attack on Uganda. On Friday, the Inspector General of Police General Kale Kayihura also reaffirmed the terror alert calling for increased vigilance among members of the general public.

The warning comes as Christians prepare for the Easter festivities.
