In Kamuli, a man, residents claim is a habitual thief has been found lying unconscious at the road side after he was injected with paraffin.
Residents claim that 35 year-old James Kaafa was caught red-handed with a stolen cow as he headed for the abattoir to sell it.
He however, failed to produce proof of ownership of the cow and when asked to name his accomplices, declined prompting the mob to pounce on him and inject hi with two syringes of paraffin.
