A strange disease suspected to be Cholera has claimed 6 lives in Hoima district.
Nine others are admitted at Hoima district hospital in critical condition.
The District Health Officer Fred Yenume says the disease broke out over the weekend in Kiyoola village Bugambe Sub County in Hoima district.
Some of the symptoms of the disease include diarrhea, vomiting and general body weakness.
Yenume says they have already written to the Ministry of Health about the outbreak and await a response.
