The Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga wants the civil society to first check itself before pointing fingers at others.
Kadaga has criticized some civil society organizations for constantly attacking Parliament.
Kadaga says it is unfair to brand the August House corrupt or nonfunctional without tabling facts.
The Speaker said much as Parliament has flaws, the civil society should also be checked to ensure they are transparent.
