Former SC Villa manager Chris Mubiru Convicted

Former SC Villa chairman, Chris Mubiru has been convicted of having carnal knowledge against the order of nature.

Buganda road court chief magistrate Flavia Nabakooza has convicted him after evaluating the evidence adduced by prosecution witnesses.

Mubiru sodomised Emmanuel Nyanzi who gave testimony in court together with other witnesses.

The magistrate has canceled his bail and remanded to Luzira prison until 18th September for sentencing.

The Magistrate has also ordered Pastor Solomon Male one of the witnesses to adduce Nyanzi on the day of sentencing before a sentence is passed for Mubiru.
