Uganda National Teachers Union has faulted Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) for the delayed payment of the 30% allowance to science teachers in Kampala.
Last week KCCA paid off teacher’s arrears however science teachers in secondary schools are now complaining of being sidelined.
The chairperson of the Uganda National Teachers Union Margret Rwabushaija says KCCA has written to teachers asking for more time to clear the allowances.
