Royals from Bukooli chiefdom have announced plans to block the coronation ceremony for the Kyabazinga of Busoga Prince William Nadiope scheduled for Sept 13.

The Royals accuse Nadiope of dealing with an impostor within their chiefdom.

In a meeting attended by their lawyer of Wafula MA and co advocates the royals said David Kawunhe Wakoli who sits at the Busoga royal chiefs council representing Bukooli chiefdom is not the right chief.

They have resolved to stage road blocks at the Egogero swamp located at Bugiri and Iganga districts boundaries.

However, efforts to get a comment from the Busoga kingdom deputy information minister David Isabirye were futile as all the contacts were off.

However, the royals have already drafted letters informing security agencies in Busoga about their plans.
