Action Aid Uganda has spoken out about a 23 years girl who was ganged raped by 5 Pakistani nationals.
The girl was yesterday rescued from her ill grandmother’s place in poor shape after she was allegedly dumped by the organization.
A team of female MPs their umbrella body the Uganda women parliamentary association collected the girl from Mbarara district and now receiving treatment at an unknown hospital.
Action Aid country director, Arthur Larok refutes reports that the girl was dumped saying the victim took the decision to be transferred there.
Mbarara district MP, Emma Boona says that there is no evidence that the girl received any treatment.
She reiterated calls to have the case completed and the suspected rapists brought to book
