Independent presidential candidate Amama Mbabazi has expressed dismay at the poor state of the health facilities in Kayunga district.
Addressing a rally at Bbale in Kayunga district this afternoon, Mbabazi promised to have all that changed once given the mantle next year.
He has also reiterated his promise to create hundreds of jobs for the youth.
Earlier heavy rains disrupted Mbabazi’s rally at Kangulumira but he was forced to cancel the last rally due to poor time management.
The rally at Nakifuma Saza Grounds, was scheduled for 4:30 pm but by 6:30, Mbabazi was still addressing supporters at Kayunga Town Council.
