Persons with Disabilities want the licenses of schools whose building have no ramps to be revoked.

Many disabled persons cannot access many school premises as they lack special passages for such people.

The chairperson of the Ugandan Disabled Democrats Frank Bagonza says this has forced parents not to take their disabled children to school.

He says this has led to a high school dropout rate among the disabled, a factor that makes them lag behind in terms of education.
