City Hall Court is today expected to determine the fate of Acorn International School teachers accused of neglecting their duties leading to the death of a child in a school swimming pool in 2012.

The four teachers including one Deborah Akado are to appear before grade one magistrate Moses Nabende.

Six prosecution witnesses testified in this case including Dr.Sam Karungi a pathologist at Mulago Hospital who examined the body of sunshine Michelle Baraza a two and half year old child and confirmed her death.

The child is alleged to have drowned in a school swimming pool on her fourth day at school on September 3rd 2012 at Acorn International School Bukoto branch.
