A commission of inquiry has been set up to investigate allegations of mismanagement and corruption at the Uganda National Road Authority.

Works and Transport Minister Eng.John Byabagambisays the commission will be chaired byLady Justice Catherine Bamugemereire and will be expected to produce a comprehensive report within three months.

Byabagambi adds that that the commission is not meant to victimize any UNRA official but rather streamline the operations of the authority and ensure transparency and accountability.
