President Museveni has reshuffled Permanent Secretaries today evening.
In the reshuffle, he has replaced long time Finance Ministry PS Keith Muhakanizi with Makerere University Business Lecturer Ramathan Ggobi.
Muhakanizi has been moved to Office of the Prime Minister.
Minister Beti Kamya has also been named the Inspector General of Government.
