Police shortlists 4,500 recruits, training for this month

Police have shortlisted at least 4,500 graduate recruits, who are to start training late this month.

The list comprises of at least 4,000 probation police constables and 500 police cadets. According to the police, the candidates will also be subjected to medical examination and those found to have life-threatening diseases and disabilities will be knocked out of the mandatory nine-month training.
