Police issue Valentine terror alert
The Police is warning of a possible terror threat as the country marks Valentines Day today.
Valentine Days is a holiday observed on February 14 honoring early Christian martyr named Saint Valentine.
The police spokesperson Kampala metropolitan region Ibin Ssenkumbi says, there is need for security consciousness at the various public venues.
He says the terrorism threat is still real and urges owners of public places to tighten security.
Senkumbi urges members of the public to keep away from places whose security is lax.
