Police Advises Ugandan Traders On Security

Reporter | May 30, 2016

Ugandans conducting business from outside the country are advised to be vigilant and always put their security before money.

The call comes days after three Ugandan traders were shot dead by unknown assailants in South Sudan’s Nimule town last Thursday.

The gunmen also made off with unspecified sums of money.

Now the police spokesperson Fred Enanga advises business people to ensure their security is guaranteed before traveling outside the country for trade.

There have been continuous attacks against Ugandan traders who operate in South Sudan despite the discussions between officials from both countries over the matter.
