The Prime Minister, Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda has said talks are ongoing between government and the opposition over the fate of Lord Mayor, Erias Lukwago.
The mayoral seat has been a bone of contention since Lukwago was elected to the position four years ago, with the matter still at the Court of Appeal.
Speaking to journalists at Parliament today, Dr. Rugunda says efforts are being made between both parties to see how the friction at KCCA can be resolved.
