President Yoweri Museveni today heads to Mityana district in his search for votes to support his re- election bid.
He will hold his first rally at Ssekanyonyi at midday, before holding others in Mityana North, Busujju and wind up in Mityana town.
Mityana RDC Joyce Walusimbi has asked residents to welcome the president and avoid acts of violence.
On Saturday and Sunday president Museveni will be in Mubende district.
Meanwhile Independent presidential candidate Amama Mbabazi will today be in Mubende and Kyegegwa districts.
Mbabazi is expected to hold his first rally at 9am at Kasambya parish.
He will then address his last rally at midday in Mubende before heading to Kyegegwa and Ssembabule districts later in the day.
