The two youth members of NRM youth league have been granted bail.
Omodo omodo the national vice chairman in northern region, and Luzindana Adam vice chairman in Kampala are charged with corruption.
They
have been granted a cash bail by the Anti-Corruption Court Grade One Magistrate Micheal Lagara after they presented 6 sureties and 5m shillings each.
Their sureties include James Namara a Senior Presidential advisor on youth affairs and chairman NRM youth league and Hope Mwesigye.
The sureties have been asked to execute a bond of Shs 200m and deposit their passports before court.
The duo is alleged to have fraudulently solicited signatures of NRM members without party consent with intent to call a delegates conference to challenge the Kyankwanzi resolutions.
They return to court on May 2nd for mention of the case.
Meanwhile there is heavy police deployment at the Anti-Corruption Court.
