The ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) has boasted of being the most popular and loved party in the country especially in eastern Uganda.
This is after the party regained the Kagoma County sit in Jinja on Thursday
The party’s flag bearer Moses Walyomu was declared winner after garnering over 24,000 defeating 3 other contenders.
Now the party deputy secretary General Richard Todwong says this is proof and confirmation that Busoga region is fully in support of NRM.
