Norman Tumuhimbise, one of the poor youth group members faces arrest who was reported missing since 19th this month under mysterious circumstances.
This morning Tumihimbise was allegedly dropped at his home unconscious, raising question about is resurfacing.
Now speaking to police, his disappearing and re-surfacing is still subject of investigating, basing on conflicting statements recorded from his acquaintances.
According to the police spokesperson Fred Enanga intelligence information show that Tumihimbise seem to have been communicating with is friend Mayanja Robert.
He explained that police is to expand its area operation, and if police discovered that it was just his creation, Tumuhimbise and his friends are likely to face charges of providing police with false information.
