The Buganda Kingdom prime Minister has hailed the Nation Media Group for promoting issues of governance.
Charles Peter Mayiga was this morning speaking to a team from the Nation Media Group that had paid a courtesy call at his office in Bulange Mengo.
Meanwhile leading the NMG team, the managing director Monitor Publications Limited Alex Asimwe has asked the kingdom to strengthen its relationship with the local media.
Asimwe has also pledged to maintain a cordial relationship with the kingdom for purposes of enhancing development for the entire country.
The Monitor Publications donated Shs.2m towards reconstruction of the Kasubi tombs and also bought a Buganda certificate worth Sh1m.
