The Directorate of Ethics and Integrity Pornographic Control Committee has expressed concern over the increasing use of pornographic masterplans in homesteads.
The Committee Chairperson Dr. Annet Kezaabu says the most worrying is some parents engage in such actions in front of their children who are out of school because of the lockdown.
She was addressing a group of police officers whom she encouraged to further assist the committee to detect, prohibit, and arrest whoever participates in such actions.
He says the promotion of phonography in Uganda is punishable and anyone who dealt in it will be punished according to the law.
