Jinja Magistrates Court has issued a production warrant directing Naguru Remand Home to produce juveniles before court on January 12th 2017.
The four Juveniles are jointly charged with Rwezururu King Charles Wesley Mumbere but they have not been produced in court today.
Prosecution told court that it needed a production warrant to bring them to court while some are still undergoing treatment in various hospitals.
In the same court where Rwenzururu King is charged with over 160 accused persons including his premier Johnson Thembo, the state informed court that inquiries are still on-going and needed more time to complete them.
These now face over 40 counts including terrorism, murder, aggravated robbery, treason, attempted murder and malicious damage to property.
However defense team asked court to set free one of the accused person Joseph Ernest Matte, whom they claim is a mentally ill.
The case is set to resume on 12th January 2017.
