Shock has gripped residents of Bukomansimbi district after landing on the body of a bodaboda cyclist that has been missing dumped in a swamp.
The deceased has been identified Ismail Mutebi a resident of Kavule Village, Butenga sub county in Bukomansimbi district.
The deceased was a motorcyclist at Butenga stage.
According to the motorcyclists that worked with Mutebi the body was found in swamp at Kigungumika along Bukomansimbi- Masaka road.
The Southern Region Police Spokesperson Ibin Ssenkumbi has confirmed the incident saying that Police with the help of locals managed to retrieve the body from the swamp.
He says that the body has been taken to hospital for postmortem as investigations go on.
