Former Prime Minister, Amama Mbabazi will pick nomination forms despite challenging the new electoral guidelines set by the NRM Central Executive Committee.
Mbabazi’s lead lawyer Fred Muwema says they are still waiting for CEC to respond to the letter written to them last Saturday challenging among other things the nomination fees before he takes the next step.
Muwema says their client is compliant with the law and he is not under any pressure to pick forms even as the nomination exercise has less than two days left.

Mbabazi’ attempt to pick nomination forms from both party flag bearer and chairmanship two weeks ago were futile after failing to pay Shs20 million required to the two positions.
