Kampala City Traders Association has called for sustained operations and enforcement to rid the city streets of vendors.
This comes days after the minister for Kampala Betty Kamya banned street vending, directing all vendors off the streets this festive season.
Speaking to KFM, the Association’s chairman Everest Kayondo said continued presence of street vendors affects operations of the shop owners especially during the festive season.
