Uganda needs a new political model capable of accommodating all leaders including those with divergent views.
The General Secretary, Council of Anglican Provinces of Africa, Rev Canon Grace Kaiso says both the movement and multiparty systems have polarized the country, along regional and ideological lines which must be discarded.
Kaiso says parliament should embark on a process of seeking views from Ugandans on an indigenous political system that will be inclusive and easy to implement.
