Uganda Aids Commission boss Christine Ondoa

The Uganda AIDS Commission is to develop messages targeting teenage girls in its fight against to HIV/AIDS.
This comes amid debate on a report by the ministry of health indicating that the HIV prevalence rate among the teenage girls is higher than in boys standing at 4.2 and 2.2 respectively.
Commission executive director Dr. Christine Ondoa says that new infections among girls is also high hence the need to re-focus.
Ondoa says the girls are vulnerable and should be protected through fresh messages that mainly focus on behavioral change
