Nansana police chief Mohammed Kirumira has been arrested.
He is accused of allegedly receiving a bribe of 200,000 shillings from a suspect via mobile money.
Kirumira however says he has been framed attributing this to a gang of thieves working with high profile officers.
He also says that this will not stop him from pursuing his dream to get rid of criminals in the country.
However Police spokesman, Fred Enanga denies knowledge of the incident.
