The situation at Naguru Hospital is returning to normal.
Nurses at the hospital went on a sit-down strike last Friday because they had not received salaries for three months.
A few of the health workers have today reported to work and are attending to patients, after they were promised to be cleared soon.
Some of the patients say they started receiving treatment without being asked for extra payments.
The hospital executive director Dr. Edward Naddumba says the problem of non-payment is almost resolved, after the ministry of finance approved the hospital budget.
He is now urging patients to remain calm as they try to ensure smooth operations at the hospital.
