The government will cooperate with the International Criminal Court and avail it all the necessary information regarding the Dominic Ongwen case.
While meeting the ICC Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda, president Museveni said the government had to hand over Ongwen to answer for the crimes he had committed in a number of countries.
The President asked the Director of Public Prosecutions Mike Chibita and the Solicitor General Francis Atoke to cooperate with the court and avail it all the necessary evidence.
Bensouda arrived in Uganda on Thursday last week and yesterday finalized her tour of Eastern and Northern Uganda to see the effects of the LRA war.
She met a number of government officials as well as MPs from Teso and Northern Uganda.
