The High Court is today expected to start hearing a case in which a couple sued Mulago Hospital for the disappearance of their new born baby.
It is alleged that on 14th March 2011 through the negligence of a midwife at Mulago the baby in question disappeared.
Michael Mubangizi and his wife Jenifer Musimenta with assistance from the center for health Human Rights and development wants court to compel the hospital to produce the baby.
The case is before justice Lydia Mugambe.
However the two parties were given opportunity to settle the matter out of court before the hearing kicks off.
