The police are making progress in the case involving an expectant mother who died in Mukono early this week.
The doctor accused of neglecting her leading to her death is to be charged with manslaughter.
The police spokesman, Kampala metropolitan Ibin Senkumbi says the suspect is expected to be produced in court this afternoon.
He however says investigations into the matter continue with the post mortem report from Mulago Hospital yet to be produced.
23 year old Florence Nakamya is said to have died in the hands of on Dr. Christopher Bingi who referred her to his private clinic in Mukono.
