The education committee of parliament is set to invite the education minister.
This follows concerns from the education service commission that the ministry has among other things failed to follow through on the recommendations made.
Committee chairperson Sylvia Namabidde said lack of forward and backward linkages between the two institutions has affected the education sector.
She now says the minister must come and explain.
