The arrest of Bubulo West MP, Tony Kipoi in DR Congo has raised eyebrows in Parliament.
Kipoi, who is facing charges of treason over an alleged plot to overthrow the government, is said to have been arrested on Thursday in Fataki, about 35 kms from Mahagi.
His arrest came two days after the Congolese national army raided a camp used by a suspected rebel group carrying out military training in Ituri.
Eastern Youth MP, Peter Ogwang and Ayivu County MP, Bernard Atiku say security should explain how the legislator crossed over to Congo yet he had been given bail to go for treatment in South Africa, as well as his alleged subversive dealings.
