Members of parliament especially from the Northern Region have put the ministry of works on the spot over what they called unequal distribution of the road network across the country

Reacting to the minister of works statement on the state of roads around the country, legislators from the region including  Oyam woman Mp  Sandra Santa Alum, Koboko county’s James Baba, and Kapelabyong county MP Julius Ochen accused the government of not doing enough to ensure they have good roads like other regions.

They further raised concern over the heavy rains which have left many of the community roads impassable affecting the movement of people and goods, calling for government intervention.
