The Kenyan government is to progressively increase the polling centres in the diaspora where citizens can vote from.
This is revealed by the Kenyan ambassador to Uganda Geoffrey Okanga following the first diaspora voting yesterday in some countries including Rwanda, Burundi and Uganda.
The Ambassador says it is still impossible to have Kenyans in all over the world to vote but in the future they will be able to vote for more than just the president like is the case at the moment.
A total of about 1200 Kenyans yesterday took part in elections at the Kenyan high commission in Kampala.
