A builder of Mengo in Kampala David Tugume has been charged and sentenced to 3 hours of community service for easing himself in the public.

Tugume was arrested on May 20th 2015 by KCCA law enforcement officers who were patrolling around the city.

Prosecution states that Tugume 26 year old, on May 20th 2015 at Nakivubo Stadium in Kampala Central Division did commit a nuisance by urinating along public area which is a nuisance to the public.

Grade one magistrate at City Hall Moses Kakooza sentenced Tugume to 3 hours community service and a warning after pleading guilty and asked for lenience and promised the magistrate not to do it again.
