Makerere University has scrapped evening lectures with only day and afternoon lessons to be allowed
This has been revealed by the University vice chancellor Prof Bernabas Nawangwe during a press conference at the university this morning
He says this new development is to take effect in the new academic year which begins in August 2018
Prof Nawangwe however says continuing students who are on the evening program will not be affected by this move noting that they will continue with their studies until they finish.
