The Electoral Commission has set May 22nd for the Luweero district Woman MP by-election.
Nominations will be conducted in the 5th and 6th of May and campaigns will run from the 8th to the 20th of May this year.
The commission chairman Badru Kiggundu says no fundraising will be allowed during the campaigns.
The Luweero district woman parliamentary seat fell vacant after the Court of Appeal confirmed that the elections that saw DPs Brenda Nabukenya emerge victorious were not free and fair.
The judgment stemmed from an appeal filed by the NRM candidate Rebecca Nalwanga contesting the results.
